The Global Cooperation Project

 Background:

The Global Cooperation Project is a public non-profit organization incorporated in Washington State.  The GCP’s mission is to enhance humanity’s understanding of the critical need for an immediate expansion in human consciousness and consequent action required to create positive world peace and sustainable life on earth for both humans and non-humans.  Therefore, GCP invites all, both individually and collectively, to consider the radical and practical implications of operating on the basis of a profound realization (or even of a working presumption) of the principle of intrinsic unity—the Reality unity of the domains of matter, life and consciousness.

GCP seeks to achieve its educational and cultural mission primarily through the world-wide dissemination of World-Friend Adi Da’s comprehensive address to the global crises given in his book Not-Two Is Peace (intended soon to be translated into the six official UN languages) as well as through educational courses, seminars and public events on Not-Two Is Peace.

The GCP is now seeking to fill the vacancy for the position of General Manager, which at this moment is a pro bono position.

The GM is an ex officio member of the Board of Directors.  The GM executes the policy set by the Board and is accountable to the Board for the management and leadership of the organization within the rules and bylaws set by the Board.  The GM also submits proposals to the Board for its consideration and adjudication.  Since the GM makes independent decisions under delegated authority in accordance with established policies and the Board-approved work program, the GM must recognize when guidance is needed to resolve major policy issues.
